Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity protocols
- Implement and optimize cloud solutions using AWS/GCP platforms for agency operations
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident response for mission-critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and compliance initiatives
- Develop documentation and training materials for system upgrades and security protocols
- Ensure all systems adhere to Federal CUI and NIST 800-171 standards
Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in federal IT infrastructure and compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), virtualization (VMware), and network security
- Experience with federal procurement processes and contract management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship required
