Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and reliability.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to comply with FISMA, NIST, and HIPAA standards.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits to mitigate risks.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for network infrastructure and hardware.

Qualifications

- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government IT environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, VPNs, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
