Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the agency's federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols and DHS security standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal systems and users.
- Implement and oversee data security measures to protect sensitive government information.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.

Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with federal government IT policies and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
