Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal and state government networks and IT systems.
- Enforce compliance with NIST and FISMA security frameworks.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for remote government staff.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate service records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or technical support.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred).
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance, and remote work policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to government officials.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
