Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity and security of federal network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to meet FISMA compliance requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for internal and external clients.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Cisco networking, Windows Server, and Linux administration.
- Strong understanding of NIST, FISMA, and DoD security standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
