Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures for Federal and State agencies.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and training to government personnel on new software and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with DHS and IRS security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems to modern cloud solutions.
- Document technical configurations and incident reports accurately.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration within the government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in Cisco networking, Microsoft Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background investigation.
