Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement complex federal IT systems and software applications.
- Ensure compliance with federal information security standards (FISMA) and NIST guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and federal customers.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for federal auditors.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT project management or systems administration.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and data security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience working in a high-security federal environment.
