Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and agency personnel.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary updates and patches.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal IT environments or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies.
