Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot federal IT infrastructure and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Implement and maintain NIST 800-171 compliance standards to protect sensitive government data.
- Ticket Management: Resolve complex technical support tickets and service requests for federal personnel efficiently.
- Security Assessments: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and security audits.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration management records, and incident reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Must possess an active Secret or Top Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal IT or Government contracting environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or government-specific IT certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior leadership and agency stakeholders.
