Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to federal personnel.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks in accordance with FISMA standards.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions.
- Document system configurations and create technical reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (required for federal roles).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT support or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and data protection laws.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation.
