Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal computer networks, systems, and hardware infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot enterprise-level software and operating systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security standards, including FISMA regulations and NIST guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives and system upgrades.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive security measures to prevent breaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related federal role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
