Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to comply with FedRAMP and NIST standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and systems.
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments to identify security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Document technical processes and prepare compliance reports for federal oversight bodies.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of junior IT staff.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Python, or scripting languages.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for briefing federal officials.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites in Miami and potentially Virginia.
