Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for government personnel.
- Conduct system audits, risk assessments, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery planning.
- Adhere to all federal security policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, compliance frameworks, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
