Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT systems across classified and unclassified networks
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Document system configurations and incident reports
- Mentor junior IT staff on federal security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal IT systems
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
- Knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
