Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure, databases, and network systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure strict compliance with FIPS and federal security protocols.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure software solutions and upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and regulatory compliance reports.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
