Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal government networks and systems from a remote location.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST security standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions for federal clients.
- Document technical processes and maintain detailed logs for audits.

Qualifications
- Active Public Trust Clearance or willingness to undergo background investigation.
