Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal network infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Ensure full compliance with FedRAMP security standards and federal regulations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and Level 3 support for mission-critical systems.
- Lead virtualization projects using VMware and manage cloud resources within AWS/GCP environments.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive training materials for federal staff.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration within the federal sector.
- Strong proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
