Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal government hardware and software systems.
- Manage user access, security clearances, and network configurations.
- Document technical issues and maintain comprehensive IT logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve federal service delivery.
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity basics.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
