Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and network environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal standards, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues for diverse government clients.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols in strict accordance with federal regulations.
- Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to safeguard sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GovCloud).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.
