Responsibilities
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications for federal clients.
- Ensure all systems comply with federal security standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and project scopes.
- Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Clearance or willingness to undergo a government background investigation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
