Responsibilities
- Patrol federal facilities, properties, and surrounding areas to maintain high security standards.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents requiring law enforcement intervention.
- Conduct security checks, inspections, and investigations to prevent unauthorized access.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports and documentation.
- Enforce federal laws, regulations, and agency policies firmly and professionally.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior officers and support staff.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and readiness for duty at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, medical exam, and drug screening.
- Must meet specific physical fitness requirements and pass a physical agility test.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and irregular hours.
