Responsibilities
- Monitor Federal Systems: Oversee real-time monitoring of federal logistics databases and communication channels during night shift hours.
- Shift Coordination: Manage the handover process between day and night operations teams to ensure zero data gaps.
- Data Integrity: Perform high-volume data entry and verification to maintain accurate federal records.
- Security Protocols: Adhere strictly to federal security guidelines and agency protocols at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot operational discrepancies immediately to prevent service interruptions.
- Reporting: Generate and submit detailed shift reports to federal oversight bodies.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with remote teams in California and other regional hubs.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, data operations, or federal support roles.
- Night Shift Comfort: Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database management systems.
- Stability: A track record of employment stability and professional conduct.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
