Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior grounds to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV and alarm systems, to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
- Verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors, maintaining strict access control logs.
- Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and incident logs at the end of each shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be eligible for a Federal Background Investigation (or possess a valid State Security License).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
