Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or safety hazards.
- Monitor and control access points to federal facilities to ensure strict compliance.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches immediately and professionally.
- Enforce company and federal security policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, gates, and alarm systems.
- Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and law enforcement personnel.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or the ability to obtain) a Government Security Clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous security experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
