We are seeking a highly motivated Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents during off-hours. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our federal clients' networks and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities
- Monitor 24/7 network traffic, systems, and applications for potential security threats and anomalies.
- Execute incident response procedures during off-hours to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security appliances, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Document all security events, incidents, and remediation actions in the SIEM system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, compliance standards, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network security, SOC analysis, or system administration.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar) and log analysis.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10pm - 6am or 11pm - 7am).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and common network protocols.
