Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols and standards.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of internal network infrastructure.
- Prepare and submit regular compliance and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Current Public Trust Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of federal government regulations and data privacy laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week) as required.
