- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct policy research and ensure regulatory compliance
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate program outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal government program analysis experience
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Advanced data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Strong written communication for policy documents and reports
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with interagency collaboration and stakeholder management
