Responsibilities
- Develop and execute federal program strategies aligned with agency objectives

- Coordinate with state/local agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional and public communications
- Manage grant allocations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams on special initiatives
- Monitor program metrics and implement performance enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (CFR) and grant procedures
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in diverse communities
