Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit programs and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze complex data to improve service delivery outcomes
- Coordinate with community organizations to expand veteran outreach
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Train and mentor new staff on federal policies and procedures
- Represent the agency at public events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
