Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant programs and ensure compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives between federal, state, and local partners in Missouri
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for federal procurement and contracting
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations and government officials
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with strict adherence to federal fiscal guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal program management experience with GS-12 equivalent
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and grant management systems
- Proven track record of managing complex intergovernmental projects
- Proficiency in federal reporting tools (e.g., MAX, FPDS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
