Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of terminal facilities, parking lots, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access control points and verify credentials using advanced security screening technologies.
- Respond immediately to security breaches, suspicious packages, or emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Enforce federal regulations and agency policies to ensure compliance.
- Assist passengers and visitors with directions while maintaining a professional and vigilant demeanor.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a mandatory federal background investigation and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
