Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for federal facilities in the Dallas region.
- Manage the end-to-end security clearance process, including investigations and eligibility determinations.
- Enforce federal security regulations and ensure strict compliance with DHS policies and protocols.
- Oversee access control systems and monitor surveillance equipment to identify and respond to security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and private security contractors to coordinate incident response.
- Maintain detailed security logs and prepare incident reports for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations, risk management, or law enforcement.
- Skills: Proficiency in security software, access control systems, and federal compliance standards.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and briefing officials.
