We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for technical positions within the federal sector. You will play a vital role in connecting top-tier talent with mission-critical opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for federal contract positions using various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinating and conducting in-person and video interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT Ops).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment with minimal supervision.
