Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to critical security alerts during weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Coordinate with federal agencies during emergency response scenarios
- Execute weekend security protocols and facility inspections
- Document and report operational activities using federal systems
- Train weekend staff on emergency procedures and compliance standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operations handover
- Conduct weekend threat assessments and vulnerability analyses
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years experience in security operations or federal service
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Proficiency with federal security systems and documentation software
- Valid Kansas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Strong written communication skills for weekend incident reporting
