Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Operations: Oversee and execute daily administrative and operational functions specifically for the weekend shift to ensure 100% compliance with federal standards.
- Document Processing: Accurately review, log, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and digital records within established timeframes.
- Customer Assistance: Provide professional support to visitors and federal employees via phone and in-person inquiries during business hours.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate databases and filing systems using government-approved software and protocols.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to all security protocols, access control measures, and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet eligibility requirements for federal employment (e.g., background check).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role within a government or corporate setting.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with federal case management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
