Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced statistical methods

- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Automate data pipelines using Python/R and SQL
- Conduct quality assurance checks for data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal government datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of 18F Data Standards and OMB guidelines
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics preferred
- Experience with SAS or SPSS for statistical modeling
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
