Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify federal, state, and private funding opportunities relevant to our strategic initiatives.
- Develop and write high-quality, persuasive grant proposals and narratives that clearly articulate our impact and program needs.
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, including strict deadlines, compliance, and post-award reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support.
- Analyze funding data to optimize future applications and improve success rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or non-profit development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing funding from diverse sources (government, foundations, corporations).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
