Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant funding opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations.
- Develop and write comprehensive grant proposals and narratives that align with donor requirements.
- Manage the full grant lifecycle, including budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with program staff and external stakeholders.
- Analyze funding trends to inform strategic growth and diversification of revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful grant writing experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of securing funding from government and private sources.
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
