Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 system architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-availability microservices architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML models, edge computing, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reducing latency and improving throughput.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure migrations and modernization efforts.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and network protocols.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
