Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in our FutureTech Academy incubator
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for breakthrough projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of scaling tech from prototype to billion-dollar valuation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
