Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for future tech integration, identifying emerging trends in AI, Web5, and autonomous systems.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Manage a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to prototype cutting-edge technologies.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Assess the viability of quantum computing, blockchain, and edge computing for enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or experience with AI/ML model training, distributed ledgers, or quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate long-term visions into actionable quarterly goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
