Responsibilities

- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Establish rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous agents.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-grade solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and emerging AI paradigms.
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and quantum computing simulation tools.
- Strong track record of driving technical vision and leading cross-functional teams.
