Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI quantum, Web4.0, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption cycles
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive tech impacts across industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and tech innovators
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify breakthrough opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (demonstrated via published reports or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience developing market entry strategies for futuristic products
- Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills
- Strong communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past tech strategy implementations
