Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and trends emerging by 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, Product, and Marketing teams on future initiatives.
- Pilot and evaluate emerging tech stacks (e.g., AI, Quantum, Web3) before full-scale deployment.
- Advise executive leadership on long-term technology investments and potential market disruptions.
- Build a culture of innovation by fostering partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and preparing organizations for future shifts.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Autonomous Systems.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
