Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus as an industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for emerging tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
