Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and biometric AI
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present technology blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure patents and publish white papers in IEEE and ACM journals
Qualifications
- MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML systems at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Published research in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
