Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and conference keynotes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong network with research institutions (MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, etc.)
