- Partner with product teams to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Create scenario-based models for technological disruption and market adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future vision into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological maturity and adoption rates
- Represent the company at industry conferences and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Track record of executing technology strategy in Fortune 500 environments
