Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption impact
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing risk/reward across emerging domains
- Collaborate with product teams to define 2026 technology integration roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record executing large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technology domains
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum AI)
