- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders via data-driven insights and scenario modeling
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ implementation
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
